Digital Desk, New Delhi. In a bid to introduce entry-level handsets, smartphone brand Oppo on Wednesday launched a new affordable smartphone – the A16K – in India, priced at Rs 10,490. The smartphone is available in 3GB plus 32GB storage variants in blue, white and black across all channels.
The smartphone caters to the needs of consumers who are looking for an entry-level handset that is stylish and lightweight, the company said in a statement.
The smartphone also offers creative post-production support with tools like AI Palette, which can transform images into the style of popular reference images with a single click. The smartphone has a 6.52-inch HD+ display. It has a 13 MP main camera and a 5 MP selfie camera.
The Oppo A16K is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G35 SoC and runs Color OS 11.1. It includes features like FlexDrop, Three-Finger Translate and Freeform Screenshot that help improve productivity at work. The smartphone has a battery of 4,230 mAh.
