Lucknow New Covid Guidelines: In view of the increasing cases of corona in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow District Magistrate Abhishek Prakash has issued new guidelines on Thursday. The timing of Night Curfew in Lucknow has also been changed. Night curfew in Lucknow will now be applicable from 10 pm to 6 am. Now shopkeepers in Lucknow will not give goods to people without masks. Restaurants, cinema halls will run with 50 percent capacity. Swimming pools, water parks, gyms were closed. In view of Corona in Lucknow, all educational institutions have been closed till January 14. All educational institutions up to class 10th will remain closed from 6th to 14th January. A maximum of 100 people will be allowed in the wedding ceremony. A maximum of 50% capacity is allowed at any event in open spaces.
3121 new cases of corona came in UP
In Uttar Pradesh, one more person has died of Kovid-19 in the last 24 hours while the infection was confirmed in 3121 new patients. Amit Mohan Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary, Medical and Health Department, said that in the last 24 hours, one person has died due to Kovid-19 in Meerut. The said patient was already suffering from many serious diseases and was admitted to the hospital for treatment. During this investigation, it was found that he also had Kovid-19. However, he did not clarify whether he had an Omicron infection. With this, the death toll from this virus has increased to 22,917 in the state.
According to the report released by the Health Department, 3121 new cases of Kovid-19 have come in the state in the last 24 hours. Of these, 408 new cases have come in the capital Lucknow, 401 in Meerut and 382 in Ghaziabad. During this period, 45 patients have fully recovered in the state. At present 8224 patients of Kovid are being treated in the state. Prasad said that in the last 24 hours, 1,96,502 samples have been tested. So far, more than nine crore 39 lakh samples have been tested in the state.
He informed that Kovid vaccination is going on continuously in the state. On Wednesday, 14 lakh 17 thousand 910 doses of vaccine were administered in the state. So far, a total of 20 crore 59 lakh 99 thousand 183 doses have been administered to people above 18 years. Apart from this, 7,85,766 children in the age group of 15 to 18 years have been given the first dose of vaccine so far in the state.
