Biography of Yogita Bhayana
Yogita Bhayana has done PG in Disaster Management. She has been a well known hospitality professional. It is said about Yogita that she had joined social service since childhood. When Yogita was in class 9 and 10, she started helping people. There was a tree outside her house, under which she used to sit and teach poor children. Not only this, she used to raise money to help senior citizens.
Yogita Bhayana quits job
Yogita used to work in King Fisher Airlines but in the year 2007, Yogita left the airline job and started working for social cause. Yogita took up the responsibility of providing justice to rape victims and founded Pari (People Against Rape in India). Apart from rape victims, Yogita also started working against crimes like domestic violence, marital rape, child sexual abuse.
Yogita Bhayana brought justice to Nirbhaya
In the year 2012, Yogita led the heart-wrenching Nirbhaya case for the country. Yogita organized the Nirbhaya Walk in the year 2014. Yogita extends all possible help to the victims of sexual abuse of women and children. They have formed a group of victims’ families, who can share each other’s pain as well as be a support in each other’s troubles.
