Dalia Pulao Recipe: Dalia Pulao is a light and nutritious food recipe. Many times we feel that instead of having regular food, we should eat something light. Especially at night we are more cautious about this. In such times, porridge casserole is a better option. As beneficial as it is for the body, it is equally easy to make. Many times people do not like ordinary porridge, but if you make porridge casserole, then the children along with the elders of the house will eat it with gusto. It is a good combination of health with taste.

Ingredients for making Oatmeal Casserole
Oatmeal – 1 cup
Peas – 1/2 cup
Cauliflower chopped – 1/2 cup
Carrot finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes chopped – 1/2 cup
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Green chilies chopped – 2
Capsicum chopped – 1/2 cup
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

Oatmeal Casserole Recipe
To make Dalia Pulao, first take the oatmeal and wash it with water and keep it in the cooker to cook. When the porridge is ready, take it out in a bowl and keep it aside. Now take a wok and put 2 tbsp oil in it and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and asafetida and fry it. When cumin starts crackling, add green chili, ginger and fry it lightly while stirring it with a spoon.

Now add chopped tomatoes, cauliflower, capsicum, peas, carrots and fry till they become crispy and crunchy. It will take 2-3 minutes to fry it. Now add salt as per taste and stir it with a spoon. After this, put the prepared porridge in this mixture and mix it well by adding green coriander on top. Now cook it for another 3 to 4 minutes. After that turn off the gas. Your delicious Dalia Pulao is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves before serving.
