Tata Tigor EV
This car is the cheapest electric car in India, whose starting ex-showroom price is less than Rs.12 lakhs. Yes, we are talking about Tata Motors’ Tigor EV. This electric car runs up to 300 km in one charge. The starting ex-showroom price of the car has been kept at Rs 11.99 lakh which goes up to Rs 12.99 lakh. The car is claimed to have an extended ARAI certified range of 306 kms. The Tigor EV makes 73 Bhp and 170 Nm of peak torque and power comes from a 26-kWh liquid-cooled, high energy density battery pack.
Tata Nexon EV
The Nexon Electric (Tata Nexon EV) is also second to none in terms of range and after full charge, this car can run up to 312 km. According to the company, a 15A socket is used to charge this car and it takes up to 8 hours for full charging. However, with the help of a fast charger, the car can be fully charged in one to one and a half hours.

MG ZS EV
In the case of electric cars, MG Company has also made its mark and its MG ZS EV car also comes with a great range. The car is powered by a 44-5 kWh Hi-Tech Liquid Cool Lithium Oil battery that can run up to 419 km on a full charge. Apart from this, with the help of fast chargers installed at MG’s dealership, the car can be charged up to 80 percent in 50 minutes. It takes 6 to 8 hours for full charging with a normal home AC charger.
