Customers who have booked Ola electric scooter for Rs 499 are eagerly waiting for its delivery. The company has started deliveries from 15th December. It started from two cities- Bengaluru and Chennai. Now the company is going to start the delivery of Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro in many other cities as well. Ola CEO Bhavish Agarwal has announced the names of the cities in his Twitter post. Only 100 scooters were delivered on the first day of delivery (15 December).
Bhavish said that the next cities for delivery would be Vizag, Pune, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. Bhavish wrote, “Answer to the most popular question – Yes, Delivery is on! Amazing to see customers delighting with your Ola scooters. Last week Bangalore, Chennai. This week and next week Vizag, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and many more City.” He also thanked the interested buyers for their patience. Let us know that Ola has launched its electric scooter in two trims, S1 and S1 Pro, which are priced at Rs 99,999 and Rs 1,29,999 (ex-showroom).

Range up to 181KM
Actually, there is a performance difference between Ola S1 and S1 Pro scooters. Where, the OLA S1 scooter comes with a top speed of 90 km/h and a range of 121 km. On the other hand, the OLA S1 Pro comes with a top speed of 115 km/h and a range of 181 km. A battery pack of 8.5kW has been given in both the scooters. The company claims that its battery will be fully charged in about 6 hours with a portable charger of 750W capacity.

This electric scooter is offered in ten color options including Yellow, Purple, Grey, and Dark Blue. It gets features like dual projector headlamps, split-type rear grab handles, a hook for carrying luggage, single-piece seat, external charging port, a black colored floor mat and a fully digital instrument cluster. The scooter can be booked for Rs 499.
