New Delhi: Mahindra has increased the prices of its three strong SUVs in January 2022, which include XUV700, Thar and Scorpio. Not only Mahindra, almost at the beginning of the new year, the automaker has increased the prices of its vehicles. Like everyone else, Mahindra has also increased the prices of these three vehicles citing increase in the cost price. In this, the prices of Mahindra XUV have been increased by Rs 81,000, while the prices of Thar have been increased from Rs 39,000 to Rs 45,000. The company has increased the price of Scorpio by up to Rs 53,000.
Mahindra surprised everyone by launching the XUV700 at an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 11.99 lakh, although it was only in October 2021 that the company increased the prices of this SUV for the first time. Now this is the second increase in the prices of XUV700 by the company. In this, the prices of petrol variants have been increased by Rs 46,000-75,000, while the prices of its diesel variants have increased by Rs 81,000. This increase has been done in the range of Rs 48,000 to Rs 81,000.
Mahindra Automotive has increased the prices of the customer’s favorite Thar by up to Rs 45,000. In this, the price of petrol variants of Thar off-roader has increased by a total of Rs 44,000, in which the base model has become costlier by Rs 39,000, while the price of the top model has increased by Rs 44,000. The price of diesel variants has been increased by a total of Rs 45,000, out of which the price of the base variant has increased by Rs 39,000 and the price of the top model has increased by Rs 45,000.

The current generation Mahindra Scorpio has been well-liked in India and its new generation model is going to be launched in the country this year. Now the company has increased the prices of Scorpio SUV. Available only in diesel engine, the price of this car has been increased by up to Rs 53,000. In this, the price of the base model has increased by Rs 41,000 and that of the top model by Rs 53,000. It is believed that the company is going to bring a new model of this SUV to India very soon, which will replace the current generation.
