The deliveries of Ola Scooter have started. Hundreds of people have got this electric scooter in many cities so far. Now these people can also charge this electric scooter for free at select petrol pumps in their cities. For this, the company has started installing Hypercharger.
Charger installed on Bharat Petroleum’s pump
Ola Electric has started installing hyperchargers at major petrol pumps of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) across the country. With this, these chargers have also started being installed in residential apartments and complexes in many cities. Company CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has shared many pictures of it by tweeting (Bhavish Aggarwal Tweet).
Charge for free till June
These hyperchargers of the company across the country will be installed and working in the next 6 to 8 weeks. Bhavish said that all customers will be able to charge their scooters for free with these chargers till the end of June 2022. The company will install about 4,000 such chargers in different cities of the country by the end of 2022.
Hypercharger roll out has begun across cities. At key BPCL pumps as well as residential complexes. 4000+ points up through next year.

75 KM Charging in 18 Minutes
According to Ola’s website, the company is working on building a network of Hypercharger in 400 cities of the country. The company will install around 1 lakh such chargers. The special thing about this charger is that it will charge people’s Ola Scooter enough to go 75 km away in just 18 minutes.
